I sink to the bottom,
Deep into the darkness,
Like a wild heron,
Shot in the wilderness,
I drop through mid air,
Seeping slowly into emptiness.

I stare to eternity;
I see a gloomy picture of my past,
Flickering like a dying candle;
I see me, meeting myself to dust;
A shadow of a mighty tower,
Shrinking into nothingness, fast.

I clutch to my reminiscences,
Like a baby grasping his mother.
I’m on a free fall;
A tussle yet another.
I’m in a sad autumn,
I look for a sunny summer.
